This was our first time trying out a Korean BBQ restaurant, and I’m delighted that we chose this particular one. The atmosphere was modern, very clean, and had such a nice ambiance. I was surprised that we would have to grill our own meats, but I was excited to try it out. I am a big k-drama fan, so having seen this type of restaurant style setup in the dramas I watch was becoming my reality was a huge plus. The table was set with individual servings of sticky rice, pickled radishes, a Korean salad, tteokbokki, kimchi, glass noodles and four different types of dipping sauces. There were metal chopsticks and forks (for those novice chopstick users). I was pleased with the selection of meats the restaurant offered and it was a bonus for it to be all you could eat at only $30 per person. There is a 90 minute max dining limit, which is understandable and reasonable. We chose pork belly, beef brisket, spicy squid , and season steak as our meats to self grill. All were delicious, but the seasoned steak was delectable. Our waitress Jessicah was friendly, knowledgeable , asked was it our first time, she offered to explain the process, and encouraged us to ask any questions we had. Kudos to her. I would definitely be returning to try the other meats on their menu. I am grateful for such a wonderful dining experience here, and look forward to our next visit.

My honest opinion they have a lot of work to do and they are definitely price gouging. I went with my family two teenagers to adults and 3 year-old who only eat chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers, so of course he didn’t eat. After dinner they told us that they sat us at a five seater table and that there would be gratuity added to the bill .Even though the clearly saw the 3 year old didn’t eat. My biggest issue outside of the fishy smell the restaurant had was I noticed the servers handled the raw meat with gloves they’re not changing gloves when they’re also handling the cups the young lady that was our server ref Monday pulled our cups multiple times after handling the plates of raw meat and we finally decided to ask her are you changing your gloves? She said she was and then the next time she came around to give us refills she took the gloves off , I was ready to go at that point bill was $155 which was insane. It’s $30 per person and the drinks was like an additional $20. I had to get the manager to take out the additional $33 that they applied to our balance because there was no way that I was going to pay her for the standard of service we received. I don’t think they have really worked out who should be handling food and who should be handling drinks, but it definitely should be tag team situation. .We won’t be returning.

First time here…the atmosphere was great! The food was meh (overrated) and the service (ours) was TERRIBLE. Went for dinner…the seasoned steak, Iron Age salad, and the Sakura Blossom (cocktail) were the best things about the entire evening. The chicken was bland and weird tasting. The “unlimited vegetables” were VERY limited…2 slices of squash, 1 slice of zucchini, 1 hunk of onion, 2 pieces of green peppers and NO red peppers. The “server” was not very helpful or attentive - offered no suggestions and stayed gone even though it wasn’t crowded. The table next to us had a male server and he was awesome! Maybe I’ll give it another try (no time soon), but this visit just was not it. Definitely something new and different for Conyers, but a bit overrated.

Sunday, 3pm, me, my mother and 2 friends decided to try this restaurant. I love Korean BBQ and couldn't wait for them to open. As we were escorted to our table, a waitress was coming out of what I assume was the kitchen, my mother with a cane and blind in one eye, was walking in front of me so I could guide her. This waitress sighed as coming out and rolled her eyes. I guess my blind mom was walking too slow. I still had high hopes. Then this same waitress comes to our table. Ok ok. No worries, it's still gonna be great. She explained the menu and how to order, and although it's all you can eat, you get 90 minutes at your table, and the menu states that you will get charged for wasting food. Ok I'm still a willing participant at this point. She let's us know we can order 2 Meats at a time and any sides. So I asked 2 meats each? And she said no, your table has to agree on which two meats as a unit. Ok ok. We basically like the same foods, we can surely agree on 2. So we order chicken (soy seasoned) and shrimp. She said the shrimp are whole, with heads, we all cringed and she said she could cut them off. We agreed said please do and ordered, we also each asked for rice and salad. And I wanted some vegetables and another wanted kimchi. Now we wait. She came out with our drinks. And a small empty plate in front of each of us. Then "a" salad. Huh? What is this? One bowl (not an olive garden sized salad bowl, but one bowl the size for cereal in your home). It had lettuce and julienned carrots. We could each have about 3-4 pieces of lettuce and whatever carrot came up with it. I will say the dressing was Awesome!! But I could have eaten that little bowl myself. 20 of my 90 minutes have passed. Next 4 small bowl of white rice. And she comes with 2 round serving plates. (One with chicken, one with shrimp neither looked seasoned or marinated in any way) and she asks what do we want on the grill first, we say chicken. So she puts the TWO (yes you heard me), Two pieces of bone out chicken thighs on the grill and she walks away, leaving a plate of NINE pieces of raw shrimp on the table. Then she comes back with the kimchi and the vegetables (green bell peppers, onions, zucchini and a veggie I didn't recognize) there were big pieces of peppers and onions and 2 strips each of the other veggies). She then gets the tongs and turns my chicken over. I'm thinking to myself, why is she turning my chicken for me. But Ok. She leaves and comes back and moves the chicken around some more. Now I'm confused. I've never experienced this at any other Korean BBQ restaurant. Now. The chicken is almost done, so we add the shrimp to the grill. When she comes back she is not pleasant, and she says "why did you add the shrimp. You can't do that, that's cross contamination and you can get sick. Now I have to remove it all and bring you more meat and a clean grill!!" And she aggressively starts removing all the meat and the grill and I am just flabbergasted!! I tell her we know what we are doing we know how to cook. And she is not acknowledging any of this and leaves our table with both meats and the grill grate. She comes right back with new meat (2 pieces of thigh, but this time only 7 pieces of shrimp), and repeats this process. This time we have her put the shrimp first, because we're hungry and we know it will cook faster. i asked if the veggies at least could join the shrimp. LOL she said oh of course, just not a different meat. mind you, we have only nibbled a few pieces of lettuce with GREAT dressing. And maybe a fork full of white rice, while we have been trying to get the rest of this "all you can eat meal". At this point, while watching this shrimp cook with no seasoning or any type of moisture or marinade. It's just sticking, trying to flip the 7 shrimp was ridiculous, but we did. Once everyone had 1-2 pieces on their plates, the shell wouldn't even come off, no seasoning no moisture, no butter, no oil, not even marinated. I'm just done. I ask for the manager. She was polite, apologized, charged us for...

My wife and I have been going to this place a lot over the past 6-8 months. It started off as a pleasant experience that I was always begging my wife to go to.

We had a tall male server, although he is polite, he is frustrating because he has a nervous tic with turning our heat down. I know they have to keep it safe because of ventilation and such and fire hazard but the slightest smell or fiery sizzle. “I’m going to cut this down just a little bit.” I had to ask him to turn in back up 2-3 times. Makes everything take longer to cook and you do have a loosely enforced time limit that I do try to respect. We come so often that they don’t even try to help us cook anymore lol.

I don’t know if the servers portion the meats that they bring out but our portions were real skimpy this time. The pork belly was like 3 skinny strips of bacon but longer. Nothing like the two healthy ones we usually get and the bugogi was skimp as well. It definitely felt as though we were being slowed down as we tried to eat and order quickly. Our server, is often seen walking around quickly on temperature control but struggled to bring back meat quickly. We order meat to where we can cook while we eat because everything shrivels up, he has a habit of coming over and cutting your heat down if he sees you eating anything and we are experience with the restaurant. By the end of the night, I wanted to yell at him. His nervous tick with the temperature is so bad that even after they turned the grill off and removed the grill screen, he kept trying to turn it down lol.

Also, we are bigger people. They have the whole restaurant set up in booths that doesn’t move because of the gas burners being fixed in the middle of the table. So we politely ask can we sit on the end of a row or the half booth half table so we can sit and eat comfortably. They accommodate us but we always visually see that hosts are annoyed when we ask. We never come at a packed out or super busy time so its not a good feeling to experience and the hosts have intercoms to talk to the back, so why is it such a big deal to say a different table?

This used to be such a great place to eat and a nice experience. Now with all the skimping and then they changed their kimchi and it doesn’t taste the way it used to along with them being stingy with it like everything else, it’s just not a good experience.

Maybe if you have never been it would be a good time because you wouldn’t know what you were missing but this restaurant is starting to go down hill. We won’t be back for a while. If was nice having a Korean BBQ without having to go to Gwinnett but they might be taking advantages of the fact that they are the only one...

Me and my family went here last night for a lil get together it was 8 of us total. We were seated and upon being seated and never being here before a server comes up and just stares at us for a lil and we look up and we just staring at each other and she says have you been here before and we said no it’s our first time .. and nothing so we all start ordering because we thought we was ordering separately because again she just looked at us .. then upon ordering she said it’s 2 meats per grill to start after we all said different things which would of been nice if she explained how everything worked from the start. We ordered and as time went by she didn’t even ask us what we would like to drink it’s like she was annoyed that she was even at work .. we had to ask if she would take our drink order and we even walked up to the bar to get drinks because she just didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. $5 for a drink and we also had to ask for refills and everything the place is cute and nice but the experience we got for the price we paid was not it all all .. she did get a tip regardless because 20% is automatically added with parties over 5 and it was 8 of us which maybe she felt like because she got tipped anyways she could just ignore us and do the bare minimum. We didn’t know what half the stuff was being dropped off she just dropped it off and left. Then one side of the table grills wasn’t working so we did one behind us and we had to stand up and cook at another table and eat out our table which was so inconvenient. We also was cleaning the places from the raw food with napkins because we didn’t have any where else to put the food and was completely confused the whole time. For $350 this was the worse experience for us. We’ve had better service at other least expensive places then this I had a better experience at Golden Corral then I did here. Definitely not what I expected this place to be like unfortunately it was on our go to list and honestly I don’t think...
