This time, there was nowhere to park except a handicapped spot, so I had no choice but to park on a small portion of the grass and gravel area, away from the playground area and was not blocking anyone's pathways. John from Parks and Recreation cleaning crew approached me angrily threatening to call the police if I don't move to another spot, but there was nowhere to move.
