Pretty decent selection of merchandise. No matter the department pricing has gone up, this is the new normal no matter where you shop. My issue was standing in the line for check out 2 cashiers you could clearly see one of the cashiers was on the phone thee entire time people in line to retrieve lay away no calling to the back for it to be brought up and a please let me take the next customer unil it's brought up no the cashiers go themselves to retrieve it I was baffled the pregnant cashier couldn't open something she came over to the other cashier that had just returned from retrieving a lay away and by the way was still on the phone for help to open this thing well she once again stopped with the customer and began to try to open this blue can still on the phone 4 minutes passed she asked a employee in line could she see if she could open the blue can why not call for help from the back the line is longer than your line of registers stood by then finished with the layaway customer once finished with the customer she turned off the light @ the register moved down to another register that she doodles with something never to get back on a register a young man came and opened a register Alphonso he began ringing up customers the cashier that cut off the light and was on the phone stayed @ the register area doodling and still I might add on the phone let me say just because you have a ear piece means nothing .I couldn't understand why she didn't help get the line that was longer than the line of registers down before you stopped cashiering. Alphonso thanks for your professionalism. Burlington you must do better have a or get a system in place you are already limited cashiers but to walk away because every other customer is picking up lay away is crazy and just so you know my wait was way longer than...

On a Saturday you at least should have more than 2 ppl working register. More ppl do shop on weekends than weekday. Second issue is the bathroom, just nasty! Fecal and pee on the floors. Sad that in this community we can't get quality. I'm sure if I went to a Burlingtons up north, their bathrooms would at least be cleaned. SMH just my observations while I stand in this long line. #Lineupdate...while still waiting, I decided to read the reviews for this location. Not much has changed!!! I hate to say it but this store would not be missed if it closed. There is another a few exits up. Do Better!!! #cashierupdate....Once I approached the lady, there was no greeting, no thank you for your patience or anything. The transaction was just that, a transaction. The only time she spoke to me was to ask if I was a loyalty member and to put my number in. I was about to put my number in but changed my mind. I was ready to leave. Got my receipt the cashier still did not acknowledge my patronage of the business. On my way out I tell one of the ppl about how nasty the restroom was. She was nonchalant about it and says yeah it's out or order. I tell her there is no sign and she responds saying someone must have moved it. Knowing that your bathroom is a mess why not clean it up. To just leave it and put a sign is ridiculous. No wonder one of the reviews says this store smelled of pee. They just leave it. The owner needs to take a random visit. Pop up, look at your store and the staff you have in place. Get a secret shopper to observe...

I'm pretty sure they have great deals here but when you walk into the store it's extremely outdated the layout of the store the paint it seems really cluttered it's like working at a grocery store on a holiday and having thousands of go backs but they have thousands of things on the back counter at the cashier's desk that needs to be put up it just seems really unorganized it's one of those stories where you walk in and you walk right back out because you can't mentally Understand what's going on. Someone really needs to organize the store because the tags will save one size and then the actual tag on the clothes will be a completely different size been here a couple of times where the tags says 1 thing in the actual size of the items are something...
