Update: Guys you have to buy soap from this place and their laundry soap is just as amazing. I am not kidding when I tell you since using their bar soap I literally have to set a notification in my calendar to change the towel I use to dry off with after showering. You literally will take a shower everyday and that towel will smell better and better everyday. Their stuff is phenomenal. The scent is not overwhelming, but you will smell it for hours. Using their laundry soap I still smell it when I am washing the dirty clothes after being worn. I have never felt like I can get out of the shower and not have to put on lotion at all in my whole 30 years of life. If I even think to skip lotion I am so itchy I could cry. This soap makes my skin so freaking soft. Words just aren't enough to describe this place and the impact it has had in my life.

Oh my goodness. This place is heaven seriously absolutely amazing. I had trouble deciding which scent. I would sware by their laundry items like soap, beads, and dryer balls. My clothes keep the scent forever. I still smell it when I got to wash them after wearing the clothing. Words just aren't enough for this place. They even allow you to rent out the "bakery" and make whatever flavors you want and you keep them. They also will make whatever scent you want if you think of something they don't have....

Let me tell yall about the most amazing above and beyond experience my daughter and I had today at the Cookeville, Buff City Soap, first and foremost the General Manager, Cheryl was amazing, she helped me from start to finish, but that wasn't the best part, I was nearly in tears as we left the store, but this woman, Cheryl made my child (who has recently experienced very vulgar and disgusting bullying in a local school due to her disability) feel like she was the most important, beautiful child, she let her paint a bath bomb as I shopped, I could hear my little girl belly laughing about glitter and everything... I don't quite think she knows the impact her interaction with my little girl made tonight.... but, Thank You Cheryl, So much! You've gave Buff City an amazing look and we can't wait to wash our clothes with "fruity sugar".... Yall...

The staff at Buff City Soap in Cookeville are amazing. As this is a new business, (I’ve never heard of it before) I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in the door. WOW, is all I can say.

Fantastic staff (and if you don’t have the right and properly trained people, product quality doesn’t matter), phenomenal product, even my husband wanted some soap.

I really like the fact that you can see what is going into the products and the product descriptions are humorous, but right on point.

We visited on the grand opening day and my husband commented how smoothly the operation was running (he is a former area supervisor for a fast food chain). They definitely put some time into training their people.
