I have been in horrible pain. I limped into this beautiful store and had a magical experience. A wonderful warm woman welcomed us in and proceeded to give me the best shoe shopping experience I have ever had. She knew my shoe size just by looking at my feet. I walked out of there with no pain. When I got home I could walk so easily, my husband commented I wasn't complaining that I was in pain anymore. Come to find out the woman who helped me is the owner. It's a family ran store and she has my shoe buying business for as long as I am here in the area. Thank you for a old fashioned customer care experience. Truly...

I have been having issues with my feet as result of age and old injuries which prevented me from staying on my feet very long and completing many of my chores. I guess I should blame myself as I have been reluctant in purchasing any shoes over $40. I made up my mind to spare no expense and decided to go to Jennie's. Yeah... I spent 3X what I normally would but what a difference! I wore the new shoes out of the store and worked on my property with no issues. This is my very first review of a business ever. I purchased a pair of Merrell phaserbound waterproof boots after my Danner soles delaminated while hunting. I was really in a bit of a bind. She has my size in these boots and I just paid the price. Checked on Amazon and the price was exactly the same. Could I have gotten an equal quality boot for maybe less probably. But the customer service was excellent and the price was fair. It would have been reasonable to be charged a bit more for customer service at a retail space. The hunting boot selection is a bit limited but the work boot...
