Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Coppell

I (29F) visit this location with some frequency. The staff is wonderful, food is good. However, they have consistently forsaken my faith in them. I tend to find myself searching for my most important meal of the day, warm, and ready, at this, my trusted Sonic location. French toast sticks and a breakfast sandwich. The perfect combination of savory and sweet. This is where my story diverges into one of woe. The first few times I ordered, I requested for one syrup packet that comes with the French toast sticks, and one additional one. Yet I was consistently only given one syrup packet. So I changed my tactic, I ordered two additional syrups and the one they come with. Still, I was left with one and a half toast sticks dry and syrup-less. I understand that I may be the odd one out, I do tend to drown my waffles and pancakes in so much syrup, consistently earning me a comment from peers "you want some pancakes with that syrup". My answer? No. Give me the liquid sugar. As of late, I have opted for madness, ordering a total of 5 extra syrups along with the one they came with. And yet still, they disrespect me, providing me with one measley syrup packet. I do not know if it is out of malice or mockery that they continue to leave me begging on my knees for an adequate amount of syrup. But it has truly been the black mark on my...

The food was barely edible and clearly old and reheated, the sanitation level of the restaurant itself was incredibly filthy, and the staff took ten minutes while I literally waited in front of the door for condiments (whuch werejt originally added to my bag) the upside to my experience was having a chance to see a young man interview for a job by the manager who was covered from the top of his head to god knows where in demonic tattoos most likely gathered from a stint in aaximum security prison, or a life of horrid judgement calls (perhaps both) at a fast food restauraunt, it is expected to lower ones standards of food quality, but this is on another level of disgusting. The eggs in the sandwich we're not only burnt but old as well, and had a pungent stench. If an episode of undercover boss were filmed at this location, it would be a perfect cross over to have gordon ramsey pay a visit as well, as the entire staff could definitely use a session of being screamed at with every obscenity in the book for how disgusting and horrendous they truly are to thier customers when feedingnthe public this disease ridden sewer garbage of an excuse for "sandwiches" Beavis and butthead served a more sanitary depiction of food with thier rstburgers found behind...

I don’t write reviews, but this made me mad… I typically don’t have any issues getting my food here. Normally it is quick and typically the staff is nice. However, DO NOT come here in the morning without making an ONLINE order. If you try to press the “red button”, a lady will pick up, (I believe she is part of management) who I have had multiple rude experiences with.

They messed up my online order today and I didn’t realize until the carhop was back inside, so I pressed the red button to let them know my order was wrong. The lady repeatedly said she couldn’t hear me, giving much attitude doing so, while I was talking pretty loudly from my car window. My voice level was at a tone where the other staff members have had no trouble hearing me at. Today, she made me really mad when she talked back and said “I can’t hear you girl!”, again, with attitude, right before hanging up. When I tried to press the button again, nobody picked up.

I work in the retail field, and I don’t understand how or why it is so hard to show some form of decency while taking a customers order. Is there anything in place for if the worker can’t actually hear me, or is this Sonic’s only resort to be...
