I stopped here after going to the Peruvian consulate. I’m born and raised Peruvian and hadn’t had a true Peruvian empanada de carne in so long!!! They were absolutely delicious! The Tamal de Pollo was also soooo good! I can’t wait to try the causa and papa rellena next time I go to the consulate. Too bad I live far from this bodeguita, I would come...

I bought several overpriced items, which I didn’t mind at the time, but the thing that bothered me the most was a picarones kit box. The instructions were a mess, and I couldn’t find the YouTube tutorial that was promoted. On top of that, I felt like the owner sold me an old box with expired...
