Macy’s Men — Local services in Coral Springs

I walked in @ 3:00pm and got so many welcome messages from the employees on the first floor. When I arrived upstairs at the Home section, very poor customer service!! The ladies that were there were socializing with this one man. This one lady that I stopped to help was on her phone, speaker on loud as hell, wasn’t very helpful. This is the third time I’ve been to this particular Macy’s and enough is enough! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY TIME GOING THERE! It’s sad to say but as a black American male, it’s very sad to see the same as me so not interested in helping to sell the products. Whereas, on the first floor, the women and men of all different races are smiling, wanting to get your attention to try and make you buy something. The whole staff of the second floor needs to go! This establishment is a complete disaster. The management team is absolutely incompetent. I encountered a problem with my purchase and was met with utter disregard. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance from a new employee, no manager bothered to intervene for over 15 minutes. Duvan in the Men’s Dress and Suit department helped me pick out the right clothes with the right style and fit for me. Very good service and I have a great look now. There’s a big difference in outcome between going to shop for yourself and having someone who is knowledgeable show you what fits you and how to match it.
