I had the worst shopping experience here and have canceled Pandora all together because of it. Never again. Zero stars if I could.

A managing partner of some of your stores assisted. I donāt know what came of it, but I was humiliated by one of your āmanagersā(Giselle) and returned my $1,000+ purchase because of it. I would never be able to look at it with joy, so it was returned. I cried at the store, and on and off for a few days after this experience. I have tried my best to move on, so Iām going to stop there because I will go into specific and shocking details about my experience. Iām sorry you have such an employee. I only reviewed because Google reminded me. I didnāt expect a response. Please do not respond to me. Iād like to move on.

They refuse to return the bracelet, refund me, or allow me to take my bracelet to another store. I even had purchased a ring from them and returned it after this horrible experience it took me going in yesterday and threatening with a police report for the money to hit my account. Took over a month for one refund of $55. Iāve been in contact with support and not even customer support understands why this store acts the way they act. Even support got hung up on multiple times while trying to get to the bottom of this situation for me. When i came in the yesterday for the 4th time abt these incidents the managers were whispering abt me in the back and ran out of the store so that they didnāt have to ādeal with meā. I explained what I needed & accepted the emp recommendation however, bracelet was too big so I returned for an EVEN exchange to a smaller size...my first question was will it be the same price... dude said "yes" he then took 30 minutes searching for a size that fits, talking too much during my longggggg wait, kept trying to convince me that I had to purchase more clips, which was not true, never once mentioned the replacement to exchange would be more money... so after 40 minute with this dude waited until im at the register then im told.." the difference is $26.79" I was so frustrated by then...
