Asian Chao — Restaurant in Coral Springs

2 weeks ago i stop by and grab a lunch in this place and I'm not satisfied and happy of how much food they gave me its way too little for the asking price. So i went back and told one of the employees that i want my money back, but instead of giving my money back they argue with me and said i already touch the food which i don't i can't even look at it because the portion is unacceptable. Looking for their manager and they said he's out somewhere, so this young asian lady came up and assisted me nicely and offer to give a little bit more food or if i really want my money back, which is what i want to do. So she process the refund for me and apologize about the dissatisfaction she even told me that she hope that i try their food again. So i went back to this mall again yesterday give it one more try and as expected nothing changed looking for the lady who assisted me before but they said she's no longer working there. I found myself in need of dinner after a shopping trip to the mall with my daughter. I wasn't excited about the food court options but I was even less excited about leaving the mall hungry and still needing to find food. The fact that the food court is reasonably priced tipped us in it's favor. My daughter felt like eating here so this was her choice. At least with the food court there are a few different options. I paid almost $10 for Mongolian Chicken and Orange Chicken combo last night, and it tasted nothing like the samples ~ mostly sweetened fried crispy breading with barely any meat. I've eaten at this mall location before and I am certain that the food was better than this. It was just awful, and in addition to wasting money I was nauseous all evening. I did not open it until I got home, otherwise I would have taken it back for a refund. I ate the rice and threw half of the so-called meat outside for stray dogs. Sarku Japan is definitely better.
