08/27/25 I no longer come here because I am no longer welcome here and I am a gregorys Loyalty Member. I was their best customer. As an espresso lover I was buying nearly daily. This store discriminates and has no problem with an employee who appears to be underage telling someone like me- a top customer- that store Manager has instructed them (staff) not to serve me. Not only did Gregoryâs âghostâ me after store Manager, Sam ( who may also be a kid) cancelled my Delivery order without explanation but it seems Coral Square Mall is also âghostingâ me over this injustice.
11/14/24 Been here many times- almost 20 times- since it opened in the Coral Square Mall (where a Starbucks once operated next to T-mobile across from the Food Court) and can say this is a cool little coffee shop which is a "welcome addition" to the Coral Springs community. There was no one else in line, yet it took nearly eight minutes to pour a simple cup of coffee. When I finally got it, the coffee was barely warmâprobably made early in the morning and left sitting all day. This was around 1 p.m. The cup was also only about three-quarters full, and when I politely asked for it to be topped off, the two employees seemed visibly annoyed. As I was leaving, I noticed them deep in conversation with another couple instead of paying attention to customers. Within half an hour of drinking the coffee, I became stomach sick. I wouldnât be surprised if the creamer they used had been sitting out for days. Safe to say, I wonât be coming back...
   Read moreI love the staff here, and the food when it is available is also great. Coffee is good, I think I've only had one poorly made drink. The reason I'm knocking a star is because it seems like nothing is ever available. The last 3 times I have visited (twice over app, once ordered in person), my items were not available. Staff has always been kind and accommodating, but there needs to be better management of the inventory of the app. There was an occasion where what I ordered showed in stock when it wasn't, and the replacement item provided to me had shown out of stock in the app but it was available in store.
