Domingo was a very patient and helpful. I loved that he wasn’t your typical pushy salesman. Very excited for our new mattress! Thank you for your help Domingo! Update: I’m actually very unsatisfied with this mattress. I thought Tempur-pedic would be the best brand as you hear such good things about it everywhere. This mattress has caused me to have no sleep for three days in a row, lower back pain, and I felt very hot at night. This mattress is over $4000 and has been the worst choice. I’m awaiting the managers phone call to see what we can do to exchange it. I’m not sure how long I can function with no sleep on this rockhard mattress. The mattress in the store felt nothing like this one. I will update my review upon the managers response. Update: The manager never called so I went back to the store a few days later. I was able to switch to the beauty rest mattress and it is soooo much better. I did have to purchase the mattress protector which was $120 and highly overpriced. It is also not specified in the paperwork that you need to purchase the mattress protector with mattress firm to enroll in the 120 night trial sleep program. All it states is that you must purchase a mattress protector, which we did at Kohl’s and it is much cheaper. Mattress firm did not honor what the paperwork said. They need to update the paperwork to specify this. I ended up just giving in and paying the $120 Fee so they would work with me on switching out the mattress which I was grateful for. You also have to pay a restocking fee, which is specified in the paperwork and I was fine with paying. Overall, I am very happy with the beauty rest mattress. My advice would be to definitely purchase the over priced mattress protector to enroll in that program. You have no idea if you will like the mattress and that’s too much money to spend for something that you may hate. Honestly, in the future i’m going to purchase online which I hate doing, but it seems the local businesses can’t work with you as well as the online programs can. I went in today knowing what I was looking for but not sure how to find it. Domingo Castillo greeted me at the door, asked me what I was looking for in a mattress, and showed me several options. After weighing the options and trying different brands, I went with the Sealy Norman Medium Firm Hybrid mattress. The no pressure sales from him made the experience pleasant and easy. When he said he only had one in the size I wanted, I joked with him and said, "Come on man, don't pull the salesman pitch with me" although we laughed about it, he took me to the computer and showed me, lol. So, I sat down and filled out the paperwork, and the deal was done. Mattress will be delivered tomorrow, and I am looking forward to hopefully finally being able to get a good nights sleep. Something that has alluded me for years. The 120-day sleep trial makes it a no-brainer as well.

But if I am being really honest, it was the Dr. Pepper he gave me that sealed the deal for real, lol.

After an unexpected cancelation due to lack of service from a competitor, I called Mattress Firm and was greeted by Amber. I asked for the mattress I needed and availability for same day service. She placed me on hold for about a minute and told me at 4:45 if I could be there by 5:30 they could make it happen. I rushed to the store and was able to get what I needed. The warehouse closes at 5:30 but she went above and beyond to ask the warehouse guys to do one more delivery. She was quick, caring, and efficient. She took the stress away that had accumulated from the unexpected cancel. I got the exact bed I wanted and was able to get it delivered. When I left the store, the delivery team was there at my home waiting. I was not expecting that extra service from a late night unexpected delivery.
