Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Attraction in Corpus Christi

Pretty disappointed in the manager’s behavior towards an incident. Today my daughters and a group of kids came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Towards the end of the night my daughters friends came up to me to let me know that when they were in the ball pit a parent was in the damn ball pit with her own kid yelling at them claiming they were rough housing. It wasn’t rough housing. It’s clear regardless of the situation no parent should be yelling at someone else’s kid when that parent could’ve told an employee if they were really rough housing. Did I have words with the other parent? Yes. As a parent if she had the chance to tell my kids off I’m going to defend these minors. However after she snitched to management, instead of the manager telling the other parent not to be yelling at the minors they told me not to be bullying the other parent. lol I’m disappointed in just the manager not the rest of the staff. Just like they don’t condone parents yelling at each other they shouldn’t be allowing adults to yell at minors! If you’re a parent with kids you better stay with them everywhere because if that parent continues to come here she thinks she has the right to yell at minors. My son Kingston had his Glow party on Friday 1/19/24. It was over the top from beginning to end. Our host Ellie was super sweet and very attentive to all of our requests. The pizza was so amazing and super cheesy! The slices were big and more than enough for our guests. I came across one of the managers, Emelie, and she was so sweet. She asked plenty of times how our party was going, if we needed anything else. She navigated us throughout the entire jump park and let us know exactly what was offered in the platinum package. Her hospitality made us feel like we booked our party in the perfect spot. My son was so happy and it filled our hearts. I'm so glad we chose to have our party at the open table area. It gave all of the parents a chance to monitor the kids closely and see the zipline above us. The Glow party was so much fun and the party promotion was the icing on the cake! DO NOT HOST A PARTY HERE! After spending over $600 here to host a party for my boys we left with nothing but a huge disappointment. Zero communication between management and employees. Wasted more than the first hour trying to figure out the overly complicated system you have in place for wristbands and socks. Having our guests tell us what a horrible experience they had trying to get the proper wristbands for their infants and parents was the worst of all. At the moment of confusion and moving parts I was unaware of all of the negative ongoings and I told my wife to make sure to tip the employee because that's what you do but in reality we should have been compensated for everything that went wrong. Honor what is stated in the package details online to start with. Try to simplify the process to add more children or guests without having guests run back and forth between the party room and the front desk.
