overall and greatly disappointed at la palmera Mall at the mall used to be a nice place to go for younger people just won't run and have fun it is now should he check me what Amal says they should be in kind of is it is basically a place to go and spend a lot of money and waste a lot of time walking around a huge area with a rounded large plethora of people and there is a lot of little stupid things such as security guards and police and other such nonsense that is overall an annoyance based on just appearances alone you can be cold a side and or harassed by security guards if you are a minor teen or otherwise look like a youngster that is maybe wearing something that is lewd or considered not socially acceptable in public but in the United States who has to make our freedom of speech and a t-shirt is something that is just a piece of clothing if you get offended over something that somebody is wearing either say something about it or shut up don't cause a problem or threat to kick someone out of the mall just because they're wearing something that is not your dress code for a city's mall to have a dress code is extremely unacceptable and extremely uncalled for anybody should be able to look and dress and be who they are and where what they want I will disagree with this mall it's is a complete disgrace to the city sadly is probably one of the biggest and most funnest things to do in this sad pathetic town because our city council is so pathetic that it can't even improve its streets much less anything else overall I despise this place with a passion but if I have to go here I'll go but I only go just to get what I need to get and get...

I visit the mall quite often, but on this particular visit it was to return or trade couch shoes that I had put from the Couch Store. Now I did have the receipts for all my purchases but I didn't have a good visit. The cashier was quite new so I had to wait for the manager whom was helping another customer & "seemed" to be friendly that is until it was my turn. Before I could even get out 2 words she asked for my receipt in which I had. Then she said I was too late to do "ANYTHING" due to it being the 30th day of purchase, at this time I asked if I could get a gift card, or maybe there was an 800# I could get but I guess the glass case was calling her as well because she turned & started wiping it down & didn't turn back to say 2 words. Now I can understand if the shoes were worn in ANYWAY but they weren't touched since the purchase until I pulled them out thinking they were dark brown but turned out to be dark green. This was the RUDEST managment I have come across in quite a bit & it took a whole lot for me not to let her know this, but I didn't want to stoop to her class. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THE PLAY AREA!! We went there on Saturday and my son ended up getting HFMD from it! (Stays home during the week and didn’t go anywhere else but there) we went to pick up my glasses and decided to let him play after and then we went straight home. Couple days later he was with spots everywhere! Confirmed with Doctor HFMD.
