Had the pleasure of visiting Adelphos Coffee, and I'm so glad I did. This niche little spot is a must-visit for any coffee lover seeking a truly unique experience.

The wife and I ordered the Wright brothers and a honey-sweetened iced matcha, and both drinks were absolutely delicious. The Wright brothers, a vanilla breve, was perfectly creamy and indulgent. And the iced matcha truly stole the show. The matcha was incredibly smooth and flavorful, with a subtle sweetness from the honey and a vibrant healthy green color once poured.

Beyond the fantastic drinks, what really sets Adelphos apart is the friendly and passionate staff. Our barista was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the different coffee options and share his passion for the craft. It was a delightful conversation that made the experience even more enjoyable.

These guys embody the meaning “made from love”. The owner and their staff are kind and personable, while delivering top notch service, coffee/matcha, food, and good vibes to all customers! I’ve probably been to all the coffee joints around corpus and I’m happy to say I’ve found THE best coffee spot hands down. Don’t you hate when you walk into a store to grab coffee and feel like the staff is secretly judging you and hates their job at the same time? Well you will never find that here. I also love my coffee hot and Adelphos has perfected the perfect frothy milk and flavor balance combo (and some beautiful coffee art may I add). When reflecting on my experience at Adelphos, exceptional is the first word that comes to mind. From the moment I walked up to the window to order my drink, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend, not getting a coffee for the first time. The positive atmosphere and attention to detail was outstanding. Then I got my drink and the quality was on par with the atmosphere having a wonderful combination of flavor, not too sweet or too bitter. After leaving, I went to the beach with my family. We found a sand dollar and an olive shell. The entire day was exceptionally good. Did we find the shells because of our trip to Adelphos? I Guess that depends on your perspective 🙃.
