Terrible experience with this jeweler. He completely misrepresented their capabilities, refused a full refund, charged us $600 for a bad wax carving and then was extremely rude and combative when asked about it. My wife bought me a custom ring for our anniversary that was supposed to have my favorite mountain range on it, when I went to the shop to talk about the image the owner told me he wasn't able to do the whole range like I wanted and could only do one mountain.
