Where do I begin?! Absolutely amazing that's all I can say!

First and foremost Lisa is everything you want you in a hairdresser. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, charismatic, friendly, the opposite of fake and best of all a brilliant stylist! She can cut hair beautifully, made my Brazilian blowout stunning and even taught me how to style my hair step by step and willingly. I've never had a stylist do this before! P.s. she used a Brazilian keratin for those of you wondering which Brazilian product she used. Also i came here for Groupon and she didn't even blink an eye (I've noticed sometimes when you mention Groupon automatically their personality changes and they treat you like lower class citizens and give you half the service) but not Lisa! Just make sure to pay her the Groupon price instead of Groupon so it's easiest and cheaper for everyone! Plus she honors the same price everytime no matter how mangy times you've come!😄

The salon itself is a little hard to find, it's located in the mother's market shopping center but the inside is perfect! Nice, trendy, clean, beautiful decor, comfy salon chairs. Definitely a salon you would want to keep coming back to over and over again!

Looking around I can see they only use the top name brand products so this is also another plus!

I came to Hair Matters because my last hair stylist messed up my extensions and wow, I love this place!! Lorrie answered all my questions via text and booked me an appointment the next day. Right when I came in, she was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Getting tip extensions redone is a painful process but she was as gentle as possible and blended my extensions perfectly. I also told her I wanted to dye my hair dark but she showed me another way I could fix my roots and keep my blonde and I'm so thankful I stayed blonde. Desperately needed a haircut while away from home for a couple of months. I managed to find this place online and they had an opening on the same day. Rolled the dice and took my chances and it totally paid off. I managed to get a same-day appointment for a haircut that only cost me $75. That may sound like a lot, but compared to my regular stylist and many salons (especially many salons in OC), I consider it a deal. My stylist was Sahyli (a.k.a Coco.Curls on Booksy.).
