They will definitely take advantage of clueless clients. I got charged $160 for them to swap out one cable that I gave them. The guy says that he charges for labor but I doubt plugging in one cable takes more than 2 minutes. Now apparently, the owner seems to be lying and claiming that I didn't assemble my own computer and that they did all the work for me! He thinks that he did me a favor by installing windows for me; when all I asked for was him to turn on the motherboard for me!...
