made an appointment for 3/28/17 with Sabrina for blond highlight, when I came she did asked me if I want to use regular or organic bleach ( which to be honest I can not find any info anywhere of the organic bleach for hair) she said something like its not 100% organic but some percentage of it? I did not quiet understood but said yes, when she sounded the price I was really shocked ( $500 ) my hair is little below the shoulders , all of my friends uses salons in LA which is I thought too expansive and the average in there is $220-$280 at the most! and they are really expansive ones in Beverly Hills but I thought if its the organic and really saved my hair and also Sabrina said she will do an amazing job I will take my chance then she saw how I react on $500 and said ok $400 but its going to be not 100% organic but some organic?? I can not really explained what was organic and she will include the treatment and trim , to make my story short nothing amazing was done yes I am blond but I always blond after the highlighting some of the places are just light no highlighting visible some of the places still dark and also after she did the treatment I saw how the pieces of my hair fell down. Yes I understood that after the bleach its happened but where is the organic bleach which was supposed to save my hair? Finally I paid $400 for simple highlight and treatment ( which was another 20 min under the dryer and hair trim also I spend another $189 for product which I was not really want to buy after I spend already $400 and was not really pleased with what I saw in the mirror but she assured me that I really needed! so just really think before go there can you spend $589 for one visit and you are not really pleased with your result as promised to you. I am a business owner too so in my review there is not one untruthful word I did not received amazing job for that huge amount of money. Any other salon can do same job for half price, I believed in the story about saving my hair and took my chance , my bad , now I learned a lesson , trust your instinct the highlights can not be that expansive! Fragrances trigger horrible migraines. I had such a hard time finding a salon that could perm my hair without “fragrance” or “perfume” as an ingredient. Mirage uses organic ingredients, and the perm solutions don’t contain my migraine triggers.

I came in with an idea that I wanted just the bottom half of my head permed because it was so straight compared with the top which admittedly was unevenly wavy. I’m so glad Sabrina told me the pros and cons of doing this. She recommended giving my hair a trim to see if we could enhance the curl. I was totally on board with this, but the underneath was just too straight. I decided to go with a full perm. I wanted a look similar to Charlie, the love interest in Top Gun, so got it cut shorter in addition to the perm. I LOVE my hair! I feel so sassy and now want to start being bolder with my clothes and makeup. Sabrina did a great job from the consultation through to the end.

She very carefully curled my hair after the haircut to hide all of her mistakes. I immediately noticed that it was too short (4-6 inches), but it wasn't until after I washed and dried it, that I noticed that one side had been layered, the other side did not have any layers and the back, right in the middle, had a 2" chunk missing. I received the $40.00 back, at my request, for the haircut, but the owner keeps contacting me to try to "make it up to me" for the 4-6" of missing hair, by offering a "Free moisturizing treatment", or if "I purchase extensions, out of my own pocket, they will put them in for me". How does any of that equal to how devastated I am by my hair being cut all wrong & being cut shorter than I have worn it in over 10 years??!!!
