If I could give a zero, that's what my rating would be. After (literally) walking around the store countless times, looking for the baby registry, I went to customer service only to be told there were two, one in housewares, the other in shoes-I feel so foolish not thinking to look in the SHOE department for the BABY registry! Then I get the registry and head to the baby department...not only can I not find a rack of the clothing requested on the registry, I cannot find anyone to help me. I again walked the store looking for an employee, just one, anywhere, any department...NONE! Back I go to customer service who tells me she can't get me anyone to help because everyone is working the registers. There were two registers open, the last time my walk took me to the front of the store, so, in short, they had three people working the entire store today; two at the registers, one in customer service. I will NEVER return to this store-too...
Read moreI went to Kohl’s to return an Amazon package. After the cashier scanned my return, she asked for my email. I assumed it was for the return receipt and even commented how nice it was to get an emailed receipt. She replied, “Yeah, it’s something new we’re doing.” Then she asked for my phone number, name, and birthdate. When I mentioned that was more information than I expected to give, she handed me a printed return receipt anyway and said I’d get an email to pick up my Sephora birthday gift.
That’s when I realized she had signed me up for Kohl’s Rewards without my consent. I already have a Kohl’s account tied to my couponing email, and I never agreed to create or link another one. This felt manipulative and misleading. I came in to make a simple Amazon return, not to be tricked into sharing personal information or signing up for marketing emails.
Kohl’s should be ashamed of this kind of...
Read moreI am so incredibly unhappy with this store! I am a service dog trainer and had a dog that I am currently working with in the store with me. The dog was not in her vest as per the ADA she does not have to be. An employee decided he wanted to argue with me and couldn’t even tell me what the dog needed to have on (vest and ID) in his mind because I said that and he stated that’s what he was talking about. I simply stated that those things are not required per the law. He proceeded to insult my intelligence so I decided to pull the law up on my phone after he stated his child has a service animal. When I showed him the law he pretended to read it, did not even apologize and went on doing what he was doing. He was extremely rude! I left everything I had in my cart and left. I will not return to this store. Keep in mind we had been in the store for 45 minutes before any of...
