Very unfriendly people, tech does not know what he is doing. Came out to repair washer and i said the washer doesn't want to fill with water and he claimed it was the rods that hold basket. So he ordered part and replaced. After he left he had put the basket on backwards to where you put the bleach on the other side causing the bleach to go all over ny floor. I called them after he left and they wouldn't call us back. So I fixed the basket myself. The washer still will not fill over clothes at all. We have to add water from hose or bucket. We have had them out at least 5 times and still not fixed. The 1st tech that came out was very nice and seemed to know his stuff. But after he ordered parts he came back and said they ordered wrong parts and so he would just replace basket. Then he would reorder parts and would be back out. We'll they never called to tell me the parts were in. So I had to call these people back. I said to s3nd same tech out and she said he was no longer there and would send this guy. And this tech bad mouthed the other tech saying he didn't know what he was doing. Well damn he didn't even put the basket back on correctly, and the washer still want fill at all. I called to reschedule and the office lady got a attitude with me because I was upset. How would she feel if the company came out over 5 times and the damn washer wasn't fixed. This washer was only 3 weeks old when the problems started. So I am back to square one calling whirpool back to get a better company to fix it if that is even possible. I will be calling Fox News to see if they will follow this story to get this crappy washer fixed. Office lady claimed there was no notes of us calling her back after tech left. But that is a lie and if they will lie about that what else will they not do. This tech said He has been doing this for tens of years, but there is no way if he can't even put the basket top back on straight to where the bleach goes into washer and not the floor. I don't recommend this company if you want a washer fixed and for them to call you when parts arrive...

In fact, every representative that I have encountered from ACH Appliance Repair has poor customer service. From the phone representative Lisa to the two repairmen who have came to my home on 4 different occasions and still not resolved the problem. One part of customer service is being able to actively listen and apparently no one at this company that I have encountered can listen. How can you resolve an issue if you aren’t listening to what the issue is? That may be the reason this problem is still not resolved. On the third visit one of the repairmen made the washer issue worse to the point where I can no longer wash at all. This has been going on for well over a month. Very friendly when I came in, I needed a new fridge and the employee showed me everything they had and checked their warehouse. He was great to do business with. My only complaint is when I was checking out I misheard the total for the appliance, it ended up being $100 more, which was okay because I needed it. But since I misunderstood, when I was given the total and it was over $200 more I was a little shocked. Not even thinking of taxes. The woman checking me out made the comment that I had “probably never made a purchase that large”... Because I was shocked about the price increase, once again I misunderstood the price on the appliance so I was shocked thinking the taxes were over $200. Anyways, I just think that comment was inappropriate especially when I’m spending over $2000...
