I was excited about visiting the store. I came across the name of the company in a group online and was curious to see how ownership/employees behave. Even if in person they know being respectful wins new business, yet online the decisions made were grave errors. The gloating of online gaming does not translate well irl when trying to gain respect as a business. I hope to support this business repeatedly but I would caution that the way this company decided to go about handling the community may indicate a pattern of disrespect to the same community. I understand fans of their products will shop here consistently. They need to rethink the methods for appeasing their own ego. What I saw first online was alarming and it being my first impression of the shop, may I say I wouldn't want my family exposed to such reckless tactics, whether a marketing plot or if it was just a lapse in leadership. I’m always bewildered when people talk negatively about this store. The atmosphere and friendly faces are a testament to the community THIS STORE has built. Having years of experience around card stores, this is EASILY the most competitive pricing around the area and the best ways to spend a Friday night. Not many stores have this much people at closing. But he is consistently busy on Friday like this.

There is nothing more akin to a small business than a local game store. If he wanted to just move product, he would have just sold cards and supplies online. But he has this store because he cares about people who come to this store. I will always support because of this....

Been here a couple times. None of which were good experiences. A bit pricey compared to all of the other LGSs I’ve been to. Above all else, he is so cocky with his facebook about “my product will sell out”, he doesn’t really care about the customers.
