i had an appt at a certain time and there was 2 ppl in the salon only 1 was actually working and was doing a facial on somebody by the time i walked in so i had to wait not too long but the other lady wasnt providing service. She asked me some questions and was nice but still wasnt really doing much only charged me when i was done.

the lady who did do my facial seemed like she washed the tools she used on a previous girl getting a facial before me w water cause i watched and heard her take them from a tray and go to another room and ran water in a sink, and she used the same headband on me after the other girl. She ALSO RUSHED on the “extractions”. I thought they individually extracted black heads and white heads but she really just passed the tool on my whole face instead of individually extracting anything out of my pores.

Once i was done and getting up, she tried pressuring me to buy 3 facials for 120? which i obviously didnt pay bc i ended up not liking anyways, and once i looked in the mirror, i saw my acne flare up a tiny bit so im not sure what products she used but it triggered my acne in the 30-min span of the facial.

I had a facial scheduled for 11am and a full body massage scheduled for 12. My aesthetician who performed my facial was amazing and very informative. She started my appointment on time and finished on time. She get's 5 stars!!!! At noon, she txted my masseuse that I was ready for my massage. At 12:15, I was directed to my room where where I was instructed to lay on the table face down. At 12:22, my masseuse walked back in and began. I could hear her loud music playing through her air pods and asked her if she would be able to turn on some sort of relaxing music for me to hear. She asked Alexa to play "relaxing music". Wonderful right?! No. It kept stopping but she didn't know because of her own loud music playing in her ears. This went on the rest of my 40 minute massage (not 60 which I paid for). At 1:02 she was done, not 1:22 which would have been my hour I paid for. Late start No music or should I say faint music from my masseuse's ears On and off music 40 minute massage which was hectic due to the music issue There was never a follow up email or call to ask how things went. I visited the spa on 11/14/2020 and had a facial by Sukhi and massage by Raina and I am thoroughly pleased with my experience!

Facial - Sukhi is so nice, warm and friendly. She made me feel comfortable right away and gave me one of the best facials of my life and I've had plenty. She was the first person who has EVER done my extractions without killing me so for that alone, I appreciate her so much. Sukhi has such soothing hands and my face was left glowing.

Massage - Raina is so friendly and inviting and she made sure to ask me about any trouble areas before we got started. She applies just the right amount of pressure and took extra time on the areas I told her were giving me some issues. Great relaxing massage.

I am so happy to have found such an awesome business right in my neighborhood and I will be returning sooner rather than later.
