My husband went to Motch Jewelers to have my engagement ring designed and I have never received so many compliments! We made the stupid decision to try a big store from the radio for my wedding band and we didn’t receive the kind of personal attention there that we did at Motch’s-not to mention that the big store cost 4x as much as Motch’s. When we called Motch’s and told them about how awfully we were treated at the other store, they immediately ordered the matching band for my ring. Shirley even offered to hand-deliver it on the wedding day if it came in on time.

Motch’s has always cared about our desires and never made us feel pressured. Shirley and the staff at Motch’s treat us like family when we walk in and greet us on a first-name basis with a smile. When my wedding band came in and it wasn’t quite right, they contacted the jeweler and went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect band. They also let me keep the temporary band until the fixed one came in.

I even ordered wedding gifts for my mother and grandmother there because they had such wonderful selection. They also wrapped them for me as I was in a real time crunch and was a bit of a stressed-out bride! We recommend them to all of our friends and anyone who is looking for quality work and...

I went in to make a purchase and thought I would support a local business considering I’m also a business owner in the same city, and the older woman that was working was on the phone and looked at me and said you need a mask and before I could reply she very rudely said we can’t serve you without one and I replied do you have one she once again rudely said no, so I found one in my purse and found out they didn’t have what I was looking for, but I was ok because I won’t spend a dime in this business, I called her when I returned to my business and ask her why she found it necessary to be so rude and if you require a mask then you should supply them for the client her response was we have already given out 30 you could go next door and get one and said she wasn’t rude at all…...

My boyfriend and I were excited to see beautiful vintage and estate jewelry today. We drove from KY, paid for parking only to be turned away because we weren’t wearing masks. The women inside called out to us from across the store referring us to posted mask sign on the door. I asked if they provided masks we could wear since they are required for us to enter. They said “NO” and blamed their boss for mandating the masks. I expressed that seemed like a poor business practice and they continued to refer me to their boss.
