I used to enjoy visiting this Subway, but unfortunately, the customer service has significantly declined. During my visit this evening 5/27, my brother encountered a staff member named LeAnn who was extremely rude and dismissive. He greeted her multiple times upon entering the restaurant, but she did not acknowledge him once. I was on FaceTime with him as he attempted to place our order, and her sarcastic tone and lack of professionalism were clearly apparent. My brother ultimately chose not to order because he did not feel comfortable having her prepare his food. I later went in to request the manager’s contact information and addressed the situation directly. I explained that her treatment of my brother was unwelcoming and unacceptable. Instead of listening respectfully, she simply nodded dismissively. When I mentioned that I’ve worked in customer service for over 16 years and understand the challenges of the job, she responded by saying she has three jobs. Read moreI ordered online through the mobile app. Immediately as soon as I submitted my order I called the store and verified the specifics of all 3 sandwiches. On my order I had 2 tuna subs with Mayo,pepper, and a lot of pickles. When I opened my tuna sandwiches I had the smallest amount of pickles possible so I had to ask for an additional amount to be added. Took a look at the amount of tuna on my sandwiches when I got home and honestly it was so skimp that it literally was so hard to find the tuna under the cheese. By this point I am so aggravated. I literally had to open a can of tuna at my house because I didn’t want to drive all the way back to the store and mix it with Mayo and add it to my sandwiches along with the extra pickles they put in a cup for me. Read moreI just purchased a home in this area off of Browns Bridge Rd and closed 01/05/23. I am coming from Hiram GA. I had a neighborhood Subway that I frequented at my last place. I eat Subway almost daily.
Well, I am so excited about this Subway and Esther is the best and deserves a raise. She has served me numerous times when I come by (whether day or night)...she is always so kind, cordial, professional and goes out of her way to get my sandwiches right.
Matter of fact, I have not had a poor experience with anyone at this store. They are all very attentive, polite, and worker bees (quickly getting the line in and out of the store).
I knew my last Subway store employees by name, and I am so delighted that I am getting to know Esther and the team Newton Plaza team as well.
