Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Covington

I placed my order through the Little Caesar's App. I like that I am able to easily search for a nearby location in the App. The App is very easy to use and I can place an order quickly. I like the App gives me an estimated time when my order will be ready and then I receive a notification when my order is ready.

My order was ready about 5 minutes earlier than the estimated time, which I appreciate the quick service. As soon as I walked into the store I received a cheerful and friendly welcome. I walked directly to the Pizza Portal and saw my name on the screen which told me which drawer my order is in. I entered my code and the drawer opened, I got my pizza and I was in and out of the store and on my way in less than a minute. What a GREAT time saver! My pizza was ready in a very timely manner, it was easy to pickup my order, and the pizza was nice and hot and delicious!

The visit was going fine. The manager Mark took my order and was friendly, nice, and efficient. However, upon my order being ready one on the cashiers Kylee/Tyler (didnt fully catch her name but curly blondish brown hair with glasses) was very dismissive and unprofessional. With a look of confusion and disgust, she calls my name incorrectly from the receipt. However that is not the problem, people mispronounce names all the time. It was the verbiage and dismissive attitude that was the problem as she mispronounced the name then said "or whatever" while shrugging her shoulders and then kind of maliciously smiling as if it was funny. A better approach would be to say the name the best you can, smile, and say "I hope I'm pronouncing the right" and call the name again. Needless to say I was perturbed, and I stated my name correctly and informed her my last was not...

Every single time we order here through DoorDash, they give the driver either part of the order or the wrong order entirely. The last time I ordered, I got two extramost bestest pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks; I was given one extra pep and one thin crust pizza. Today, my order was supposed to be for two deep dish pizzas, bread sticks and cheezy bread, and two drinks. They gave the dasher ONLY the bread sticks and the mountain dew. The dasher went back to get the rest of the order and we called the store; they tried to blame the dasher, but I absolutely do not believe that when it has been multiple orders and multiple dashers over a three month period.
