I'm not a regular purchaser of Electrical Products but was looking for a specialty item, a 75 Watt, 8 foot, T-12, Siemens fluorescent fixture that produced a "full spectrum" light for growing indoor seedlings. I found the item on the web but it's not an item that ships well and wanted a local supplier. The Purchasing Director communicated with me by email, was responsive and courteous and didn't ignore my less than spectacular sale. He found a distributor, had the item delivered to his local facility and had it for me in less than 4 days.
