I worked with Terri the summer of 2019 to install carpet in 3 of my bedrooms. I told her the color scheme I was looking for and she brought samples to the in-home estimate. I didn’t feel like there were many options to choose from but I am happy with the option I chose. I was not home when the carpet was installed. When I came home there were rolls of carpet located in different areas of my home and there was dust and carpet fibers everywhere. It was a simple clean up and I was very happy with my carpet itself. Now, months later, the carpet is still good. I haven’t had any problems. You can see the areas that are the walked on the most but I think that’s because I chose a lower grade because that’s what I can afford. I recently reached out to Terri again to install luxury vinyl plank in the rest of my house. Unfortunately, it is completely out of my price range so I will most likely be having the same carpet I previously got. Terri has been very helpful by being patient and accommodating to my different request each time I have worked with her. I’m giving 4 stars because I do not like that you can’t go into the showroom and ask which options are more/less pricier as they are “based on the type of project”. Also, molyneaux does have a ton of discounts that you can use but I think the price is jacked up to begin with. So it seems like you are getting it cheaper. Molyneaux came highly recommended by an acquaintance of ours and we're in the market for new carpet for our living room, stairs, and hallway.

Setting up our in-home consult was easy. Vaughn was flexible when something came up at the last minute and rescheduled our consult for a time that better suited us without any issues.

The actual appointment was low-pressure, Vaughn and Nick were both very personable. The carpet samples that were brought to our house were perfectly in line with what we were looking for in terms of color and style, and I appreciated that Vaughn called me at the very beginning to discuss our project. It showed that he listened to me whenever we saw the actual samples.

We picked out a couple different styles and colors. Picked out our metal. Vaughn and Nick went off to the dining room after a very thorough measure which gave my wife and I time to discuss among ourselves and came back to us with a quote.

Unfortunately, all of the quotes were out of our budget for this project at this time, and we do not want to take on more financing. However, our consult was such low pressure and Vaughn was so easy to talk to I wanted to come and leave a review anyway.

We recently had our floors replaced and interior painting done by Molyneux home. The flooring installation went well. However when the painter came he got paint all over our brand new flooring. When we scheduled the flooring and the painting we thought it was odd to install the new flooring first, and then paint, but we were assured it wouldn't be a problem. Well, we should have insisted the painting be done first because there was paint spatter all over our brand new flooring, as well as areas that were not completely painted. They did send the painter back to try and clean up some of the areas and finish the spots he missed. However my husband and I spend hours trying to remove the spatter from our brand new floor and trim. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed in the painting, especially for how expensive it was. When I did talk to customer service about the issue they did give us a small discount, however I didn't feel like it really compensated us considering how much time my husband and I had to put in after the fact to clean up .
