KFC — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

We found the KFC location on Google but circled the parking lot twice looking for the entrance. Would be really great, recommended to more prominently identify that you have to enter via the "Grocery" door of Wal-Mart. We almost gave up but were really hungry for KFC and are glad we persevered. The order taker was friendly, nice, and helpful. (Unusual to come across that combo find anymore). Then a short wait later, we got the food exactly as ordered, fresh and hot. Handed to me by another friendly and happy employee. What a great ordering and filling experience. Then we ate the food and all was very good. Congrats KFC for having such great employees. I went in with my family of 4; It was 8:50 pm and they closed at 10. As soon as we stepped in, the cashier told another employee across the restaurant that they were gonna have to make chicken. Of course we didn’t expect them to be ecstatic, but their faces alone were not welcoming at all. As we’re looking at the board my son came to me and said the employee asked him to stay on the other half of the restaurant. This particular KFC only has original recipe chicken and not extra crispy, the chicken when I get it is usually overcooked, and the last time I was there they had to replace the diet syrup on the Pepsi machine, as for the rest of the food aside from the overcooking I mentioned it is all good, though if you want to have the full KFC experience you have to go to the closest full restaurant located by the "Giant Eagle" near "North Park", but if you want a quick grab and don't want anything too fancy/complicated then this will do if only because it is the closest one in "Cranberry Township,...
