Starbucks — Restaurant in Cranston

I never leave reviews but I feel like this was such bad quality. Got here a few minutes early so I watched my drink get made. Could be completely irrelevant, but the guy who made it looked at it when it was done and made a face to his coworker then laughed. So I go up and get it, mind you it’s a FROZEN refresher. This is what I got for a venti size lol. Not frozen at all, more than 1/2 the cup was foamy bubbles, with maybe 1/4 of it being the actual mango dragonfruit lemonade. If you messed up on the drink, or you know it’s not made how it’s supposed to made… just remake it. there’s no way the person who made it looked at it and said yup, this right. can’t believe I paid like $5/6 for a small sized regular refresher essentially. As other have stated, this location an be hit or miss. The inside is beautiful, and is kept very clean.

I’ve had my drinks here in less than 2 minutes when super busy, but I’ve had to wait 15 minutes when the place was only somewhat crowded.

The drinks taste the way they are supposed to, which is always a good thing. But sometimes, it almost seems as if some of the employees get upset if you make a special request, like less ice. Just the tone of their voice when they take the order, makes it seem like you’re putting them out by asking for less ice in your cold drink.

Having never worked at a Starbucks I cannot say how much of a hindrance it is to put less ice in a drink, but I’m guessing it’s not that big a deal. I could be...

I will never go to any other location, even if it’s completely out of the way to go to this Starbucks. The employees at this location take the extra couple of seconds to let the espresso machine finish !! Several stores I have been to are rushing to make the next drink and I always disappointed because my fav drink doesn’t taste right. Channing, Rj and Bella are so friendly always in a great mood . Doesn’t matter if it’s crazy busy! I have spread the word and I believe I turned Ali of my friends and family into Starbuck lovers. We stop by this garden city, Cranston RI every single day.
