Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Cranston

Yesterday went there for an ice cream sat at the only table in the place which gives you a clear view of the behind the counter scene so I decided to watch how they make things boy I'm sorry I did because I tossed my ice cream in the trash after I saw the scoop they use comes out of a metal bucket filled with used water but that's not the disgusting part the water that was on the mixing scoops poured from the mixing scoops directly onto the ice cream they started mixing and it was not a small amount either I saw the stream of filthy water from the table where I sat so all those disgusting bacteria from water bucket were now being mixed into the ice cream with what ever ingredients the customer had ordered absolutely...

Horrible service, will not be going back. Rather spend my money at a nice mom and pop ice cream store that deserves it. I mean how mad can you be scooping ice cream for a job, these two young ladies could clearly not even handle that. We ordered our online to help them out and were forced to wait to the side as they took people that came in after us. they just kept staring over at us and slowly started making them as everyone else left. Some things were ordered were out so instead of telling us they secretly put it in the bag and gave it to us. I would say these girls don't deserve a job if they cant do the bare minimum, plenty of people will kill to have a job...

I usually don’t leave reviews. But it’s the second time I come to this place at 8pm and they literally cleaning everything like if they’re closing. They close at 10 today and they didn’t have NO cones everything cleaned if they’re closing. Also no chocolate ice cream. The other night I went and it was the same thing. I used to go every week there and even if they’re closing the used to get the customers what they wanted. I don’t see how its 8pm, they closed at 10pm and they don’t have anything there. Not even on summer time...
