Update I've given this place a good chance and I found that some of the people are helpful, but I just arrived here before 7 o'clock to get salad bar for a hungry family and a brnd new mother with a baby after working all day. The salad bar closes up abruptly before 7 PM and I can't get somebody just to give me a little pair of tongue so I can get a salad even though it's all still there. That's a big ask. I have come here and given this place several chances and I'm not gonna shop here anymore. I am only writing this because it's my second experience with this kind of thing. Today I was looking for vegetarian sausage and I was in the meat department. I asked somebody walking through and he said he didn't know where it was and just kept walking. I called the main number and luckily, a person who works there came to my assistance. On a prior trip, I was looking fore a specific cracker. I was in that aisle and asked the man stocking shelves. He said he never heard of it and kept stocking. I made one more pass through and saw the cracker I wanted and it was right above the man stocking. I pointed it out to him and he just shrugged. Did not say a word about it. I live close and I don't...
Read moreI’m a long time customer, mostly at the Southroads location. I am really concerned about the Crestwood location’s customer service, specifically in their deli department. Go there probably 2 to 3 times a week after dropping our grandchildren off at their home in Webster. I always pull a number to be waited on and every single time the number I pull is 10 to 20 off from their counter. I’ll pull a 90 and their counter for the next person is around 75. I’ve watch them wait on the first person they see while I’m standing there with a ticket in my hand. Also, if you get to the deli after 5 PM you might stand there, with no other customers around, for several minutes until you catch their eye or ask to be waited on. If you want the daily special they run, do not count on it being available. They just tell you sorry, we’re all out and don’t ask if you need anything else. These are not a single occurrence, but every single time. This needs to be fixed. The Southroads deli attendants are top notch and could teach Crestwood what good customer...
Read moreThe store is very large and very clean. There are no barriers to entry. The doors are automatic and the aisles are wide and uncluttered. It is noticeably different from Dierbergs other stores. It has more of a warehouse feel to it with sealed concrete floors and a light colored ceiling. I was disappointed in my visit because what I primarily needed was some fresh bean sprouts. There was an employee in the fresh produce area and he told us that they didn't carry fresh bean sprouts anymore. The only bean sprouts they had were in a can. I find that quite odd for an upscale grocery store. Their selection of gluten-free items was also scattered throughout the store and difficult to find. When I select the stars in this app three stars says "It's okay." And that is exactly how I would rate this...
