David Belford, (I hope that is how to spell his last name) was probably one of the most inviting experiences I've ever had. I love Oreilly's because these guys are trained expects in their automotive line of work. David went above and beyond to help me figure out the problem with my a/c in my truck. Was a huge help over the phone and even more so when I came into the store on Crowley road. Made recommendations, even came out to my truck and installed the freon without me even asking. I offered to buy him lunch and he kindly refused, which tells me he is passionate about his job and just a friendly guy wanting to help his customers. I don't know if he is a manager or assistant manager or not, but he sure carried himself like one. I manage a business myself and would definitely see him as an assistant or even manager. Thank you for all your help and keeping a customer for life. P.S. Autozone has never provided any type of customer service that your people and company has....
Read moreMy husband and I came in tonight to get a new brake light for our Honda Civic. We went in around 9ish and ended up purchasing the wrong bulb (we didnt know because we had to make other stops and couldn't change our brake light until we got home with was closer to 10pm). My husband called the store and asked if we could come back in to replace the bulb as we live 7 minutes away and they were closing in 5. He was so kind, stayed open, and got our bulbs replaced with efficiency and ease, I wish I knew the name of the employee so I could shout him out personally! Wonderful experince and such a clean store! It was really easy asking for what we needed and they were so helpful (even initially when it was a mistake on our part) to help us locate exactly what we needed. Best location...
Read moreThe older gentlemen working in the store this morning needs to seriously work on his customer service skills. I came in looking to get a code read in my car, and when I asked him he literaly said nothing, just turned around. He did return with the code reader, but it was odd. And then upon getting out to my car he was incredibly condesending. I'm sorry I'm not knowledgeable about cars, that's why you work here and I don't, right? I didn't appreciate his attitude whatsoever. Should've just gone to AutoZone, they're always friendly over there. That's where I'll take my business...
