Careful when considering renting from this company. They are the same kind of predatory lending establishments that target people of color, low income communities, and over work and take advantage of their staff. The company sets unrealistic metrics for employees with false hopes of rewards that were said to be unreachable or that recognizes the efforts of individual workers.

I watched the general manager literally take the personal belongings off the desk of a store manager throwing them in a box after a difference of thought, on whether the manager was allowed to take their schedules personal time off.

He literally treated the manager less than professional to say the least.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. They charged my friend $100 deposit and that's fine. But they didn't have there furniture. They asked for there deposit back a couple days later because they still didn't have there furniture and there moving out of town. They signed the paper and didn't receive there deposit back even though they said they would be reimbursed. Then they turn around and put the full amount of the furniture on there credit. How can you do that when they never even seen the furniture? Right exactly they not supposed to.. I was there to see everything. How is this place...

Went in picked out furniture was approved. Choose to pickup instead of waiting for delivery, signed a paper stating I picked up and they wanted me to sign were it said delivered ummm no your not charging me $180. Disappointed because I was told my furniture was brand new and they gave me the display at full price 😵 and had the nerve to ask if I purchased the protection plan so that I can pay to get it cleaned who knows how many ppl sat in...
