Came here with a group of 15 the first time, bought bottles$1500 bill, friend got to lit and wet couldn't even get bottle of water to help her cool off, really! I get nothing is free but a bottle of water after we paid $1500 tab, had to give $5 for bottle of Kirkland water SMH. Went a second time, always try twice b4 judging...group of 7, 1.5 hours, ( no exaggeration) for salty and dry food. 3 hours later not a drink at the table, where is the service. This place has a good atmosphere, band and dj but the quality and service is lacking. I want to support black business but waiting 3 hours with no satisfaction is too unprofessional! Spoke to owner who made excuses, but did nothing to keep our business and compensate time and quality. Everything overpriced and owner is losing money by not making customers happy. I get things happen, but if you don't keep your customers happy you will lose them. Amidst $2k spent at this location in total and not even a glass of ice is given with a drink. I'm out, I will never go back, besides the owner seemed more irritated than caring of issues. Waitress first day and she was put out with no direction- this place needs serious man power and owner won't invest in workers and the service shows. Hookah bat next door no better, you will wait 30 minutes to be seated and another 30 for smile to be brought out, fyi this place was not packed to be running so slow. A waste of an outfit and money! #verydisappointed I have highest score I thinkdeserve, not thelowest. Wishing them luck and the owner changes his ways to see future expansion. Worst place EVER! I went here on Mother’s Day I order wine that they didn’t have and asked her to make me another drink I I paid for potato greens and had receipt waited for over an over they didn’t give me my food even with the receipt I had. Please read the reviews they’re true I been wanting to come here for a while and tired it out they’re terrible don’t waste your money here they don’t care about black people especially and they run costumers off. I will always say this place is a bad place always will leave a bad review I paid for food with a record and waited over an over and still didn’t get any good on Mother’s Day. Run run run, please do not waste your money. The owner of this restaurant/ bar is rude, Cocky, Disrespectful, and unprofessional. He do not know how to speak to his customers or handle unsatisfied customer who are not happy with their service.

Last night, me and my husband with some friends went out to enjoy ourselves. I ordered some spicy meat which was very expensive. I won't mind paying for what I want to eat but make sure to give me what I am paying for. When my food came, I saw only 5/10 pieces of tiny meat for $25. I was upset, I try to let the owner know that I wasn't happy with the service and I didn't get what I payed for. He was very rude about it. This man shouldn't even have a business. He is very disrespectful and Arrogant. Never again will I go to his place of business or recommend any of my friends there.
