Starbucks — Restaurant in Crystal

EDIT: Changing to 5 stars: Went to this location and order through the drive through since mobile order was off. Got to the window and paid, and the very nice batista went to hand me my drink when I noticed the vanilla sweet cream splash was not in my vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Not sure how these locations keep forgetting the sweet cream part (it's literally in the name). I asked her and she said I wasn't and appoligized. Instead of just adding the splash, like the Fridley location did, she made me a whole new drink. I thanked her multiple times for doing that when i was just expecting them to add a splash to the current drink made. Crystal location will forever be my favorite location and go-to place.

Original review: Please turn your mobile ordering on more, it use to be on everyday but now it hasn't been in for a few days. Using the app to order is way easier since I change the syrups and add stuff. Staff members in the morning are pretty cool. Never had an issue. But today I walked into the Starbucks at 7 PM, and all I wanted was some grinded up coffee beans. Never ordered it before so I didn't know the procedure. The staff already made me wait a while, but I patiently waited. Finally after waiting 5 mins the staff lady asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted espresso beans grinded finely. She walks off and made me wait another 5 mins. When she came back, she rudely said, "you didn't grab the bag yet"? Like I'm supposed to know to grab the beans myself. Ive never ordered grounded coffee beans before. I didn't know you were supposed to grab it yourself. I thought they just grind it up for you then give it you. I kindly said "no thank you" and I walked out of that Starbucks thinking man, I love this starbucks but I will never be coming back to this starbucks again. I spend so much money at this establishment, even tipping when the customer service is good. Sad thing is I still don't have my coffee beans! I appreciate the morning workers though! Thank...

This is a fantastic location. I come here with my dog almost every day and the ladies who work at the drive-thru love to give him a pup cup and fawn over his cuteness. They're also very helpful when I have questions (I'm very dense and it took me years just to learn the size names so their menu is still complicated to me).
