Updated review -I recently moved and can no longer visit Emperor’s College for acupuncture :(, and I miss them so much! It’s been a while, but I recently called for health advice from the last doctor who assisted me (a woman), alongside one of the students, during a particularly stressful time in my life. Their acupuncture and herbal recommendations helped me immensely back then.
Now, as I navigate menopause, I reached out again for guidance, and she was kind enough to recommend an herb and share her expertise, with such a caring heart. The front office staff was also incredibly helpful—they took my information yesterday, and I received a callback today.
I highly recommend this clinic! The prices are reasonable, the staff is kind and caring, and the students, while still learning, are genuinely dedicated to helping with your overall wellness. Thank you for everything...though near or far :)!
Previous review ---I LOVE this place. I’ve been coming here on and off for two years and every intern I’ve had has been gifted at healing and treating my ailments as well as listening, caring professionals. They are so thorough with their assessments and questions (I feel like I am talking to a concerned, caring and helpful friend). Sure, parking can be a little crazy (it’s California ) and they do still have masks and temperature taking (it is a wellness facility). All of the interns work under a clinic supervisor and I’m ok with that. Prices are more than reasonable for the amazing treatments. I highly recommend this facility and be...
Read more10 days ago while waiting for my appointment a patient was asked to put a mask on while returning to front desk when her treatment was over, the clinic manager told her EVERYONE has to wear a mask and it's the clinic's policy. Last night I was waiting for my appointment and a female was in the reception talking to a male in the front desk, she walked away towards another room and removed her mask. She went back and forth the reception without her mask for several minutes, I could hear her engage in a conversation with someone else. After she left the clinic I asked the people at the front desk if we are expected to wear a mask or not because the female that had just left had removed her mask and nobody said a word. The male in the reception did not like my question and replied: "First off she is a student". I asked him "are you serious? I just noticed a situation last week where the clinic manager asked a patient to put a mask on and she went off on him for no reason, and you are saying students don't need to wear it?". He said he did not noticed, I looked at the female at the front desk and she said she didn't see it - she had just walked back to her chair. Unfortunately the clinic's manager was not present that means whoever was talking to the female with no mask for several minutes DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CLINIC'S MASK POLICY. I just stood up and walked away, didn't have my treatment and will never return to this clinic where rules apply to some but...
