Me and my husband placed an order here, and after waiting 25 minutes, my husband politely asked the owner how much longer our food would take. He was completely ignored. He then asked three different workers, and they ignored him too. By the time he lost his patience and raised his voice, demanding an answer, the owner’s only response was to hold out his hand for the receipt—like we were the problem.

At that point, it had already been 35 minutes, and we noticed people who ordered after us had received their food 15 minutes earlier. When we finally saw them just throwing our food on the grill, we asked for our money back. They did refund us, but once again—no words, no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

Terrible service. Don’t come here if you want to be treated with basic respect. For $65, this experience was absolutely not worth it. Support other small businesses instead...

Horrible. Not only did I pay for extra chicken and shrimp that I never recieved. I never recieved the 2 spring rolls I paid for! I had to practically beg for soy sauce & hot sauce. That they kept saying is in the bag. Yet; When I got to my car there wasn't neither placed in my bag other than what I had to beg for! I can't lie; what I ate was ok. But please check your bag before leaving. And make sure you have all the sauces you need in your presence before approaching. Because you will get embarrassed if you ask for sauces & chop sticks! Because they will scream it's in the bag when its not! Then proceed to scream the the next customers number like your not...

my husband and I even my son we went to have lunch today, my shrimp wasn’t cook right was still raw and our food wasn’t good. when we was waiting in line this lady was upset gave hers the wrong order she return it and my husband had oder a dumpling and the worker gave us the same bag that the lady return dumpling back and the worker just gave it to us that the lady brought back dumpling and we dont know if she touch it or not. They act like we didn’t see what they did and told the other co worker what they just did to us start laughing.
