Avoid this T-Mobile location at all cost! Seriously go to the LaVale location and save yourself the trouble. The agent Matt was trying to charge me a 37 dollar fee to swap the 5G Home Gateway even though online care team told me no fees. He kept saying thatās the part online support forgets to tell customers. I contacted LaVale T-Mobile while in store and they told me no fees would be charged. Even after stating this to Matt he still said there would be a fee. I left and went to the LaVale T-Mobile and Kate got my 5G Gateway swapped and no fee. Thank gosh I left because when I got up there we also learned that Cumberland T-Mobile not only was trying to charge me a fee that was not even needed but they added a second Home internet line to my account without my permission.
