During the holidays in 2017, I Purchased a $200 wool coat from the Kate Spade Outlet Store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville Georgia. After only wearing the coat 1 time I noticed it was picking up an excessive amount of lint. I contacted Kate Spade New York customer service line today to seek assistance and they referred me to the written care fabric instructions that were included with the wool coat. There were no written instructions.They then referred me to the Kate Spade Outlet Store in Dawsonville, Georgia where I made my purchase. When I contacted the outlet store they indicated that there were no written care fabric instructions attached with the wool coat and only the handbags included that information in a booklet. They then referred me back to the Kate Spade Customer Service number that I had already contacted. In summary, I received no resolution to my problem. I never imagined that my outlet store purchase at Kate SpadevNew York would be of an inferior quality. In this instance, Kate Spade New York at all levels were of no help. ...

I'd called before making the long drive to make sure they had a specific purse I was interested in. When I arrived, one of the sales associates remembered that I'd called and told me she'd put one aside just for me in case I came. But the highlight of my shopping experience was Ms. Gail. She helped me pick out some other things my daughter would like (at my request) and even let me know if the discount through the outlet (sign up for the outlet VIP program!). We had a wonderful chat and she really eased this stressed momma's heart. I ended up with a purse, a matching wallet, and two dust bags - all packaged up beautifully might I add. My daughter was absolutely ecstatic and has been wearing her new purchases every day since! Top notch service, wonderful selection, and great prices for quality Kate Spade items. ...
   Read moreI had been working with 1 specific sales person on my purchase and when I called in to speak with that person, since she was not in the store that day I was aggressively pushed to be assisted by the woman on the phone. When I REHASHED the long saga of what issue I had going on with my bag she didn't listen and then proceeded to tell me I had no idea what I was talking about with the bag styles and that what I was looking for was discontinued... which was not the case at all. She was incredibly rude and demeaning and it was pretty shocking to think anyone would dare to talk over a customer and bully them like that. You're just selling handbags- seriously uncalled for...
