Prior to seeing Dr. Li, I was with Collaborative Primary Care (which is affiliated with Stanford) for many years. Even though I have very good insurance, I never understood why I still had to pay so much money out of pocket for all my annual physical exams, at least a couple of hundreds dollars each time. But I never questioned the payments. I didn’t have the time and I just simply trusted the doctors for being honest. However, I left Collaborative Primary Care because their level of services have gone way down hills. They kept pushing back my annual check up by more than 5 months. Finally I had enough of their delays, and left them.

I found Dr. Li through referral, and my experience so far has been amazing! She always goes out of her ways to fit me in her schedule. One time, she squeezed me in for an ad hoc emergency appointment right after she got off the airplane from vacation! I really believe she bends her back backward for her patients. She went through my lab results in great details, and also explained to me how my insurance works and told me ahead of time the expected charges. She’s been so honest and transparent about the whole insurance process. No other doctors have ever explained to me about what I’ve been charged with. After seeing Dr. Li, I feel I’ve been over charged by a lot in the past by my other primary care providers.

I honestly do not understand some of the negative reviews I’ve seen about Dr. Li overcharging. Someone said s/he is shocked to get charged for consultation. Are you kidding me?! Are doctors supposed to work for free?

Dr Yuehua Li is an amazing doctor. I've been seeing her for over 2 years since I moved home to care for dad. Dr Li's Cupertino office is only a couple miles from dad's home.

When I first arrived back in town, I shuffled through a couple doctors. They were either doctors who worked through an urgent care facility or horribly bad doctors with horrific behavior by their staff.

I would never go back to that last provider.

So, I did a lot of research & found Dr Li. She is absolutely amazing! She recently hired office staff & Sue is friendly & kind as well.

Dr Li has been so incredibly kind, patient, thoughtful & warm. She has my loyalty for as long as my insurance covers her. If insurance no longer covers her as my primary care provider & I can afford to pay her directly, I will.

She will still have my loyalty forever.

She is just worth it to keep such a wonderful & kind soul in my life & protecting my health.

She did a cosmetic procedure today that would never be covered by insurance. So, I paid out of pocket.

The results were even more amazing that either of us expected.

When I go see Dr Li for an appointment, I admit that I feel more like her friend than her patient. She makes everyone feel special & loved.

Not many people can affect people in such a positive & beautiful manner.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Li. However I am afraid to say too much more because if she gets a large practice, she might not have time for me anymore. Lol
