Went to look for a special bottle of beverage to celebrate my birthday and I will absolutely NOT ever visit that store again. Passed by there after being on water all day and as soon as my brother in law walked we were followed by a younger lady and also another guy that was walking around and eyeing us. Mind you we were dressed well as again we were heading back home from being on the water. They were unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable, they may have what you’re looking for but at a extremely inflated prices. They failed to realized to “not judge a book by its cover”. We are both professionals and although we may not have looked the part your establishment certainly didn’t make us feel welcome. To the guy who kept staring us up and down you do not treat customers as such, you did not need to stand there pretending to be a security guard while I was speaking to the cashier. They keep allocated liquor hidden in the back office and also had a bottle of whiskey that they “couldn’t find” the price. That was their way of telling us indirectly that we can’t afford it. We left after they kept playing games but rest assured I’ll never set foot...

Love to shop here - it feels like a family-oriented store. Everyone from the owner to the clerks take the time to greet you personally when you enter. They remember frequent customers and give you a "hi" or a smile. Everyone is super helpful in finding/recommending products, and they always insist on helping you carry your purchases out to your car. I have twice accidentally left my credit card there, and both times, the minute I have entered the store later, they have called me over to the counter to return my cards - they have kept my forgotten credit cards securely.

If you have special requests, the owner researches what you want to see if he can provide those products. I really feel that Cutler Bay Wine and Liquor is a really community-based store, responsive to their customers, here to serve our community, and frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase wine...

This is by far the best place to purchase liquor in the Miami area. The owner is the friendliest and most accommodating shop owner I have ever met. He and his staff really understand the word customer service and how to make you feel welcome in their store. I always enjoy doing business with a merchant who appreciates my business and values me a customer.
