Old Cutler Bait and Tackle — Local services in Cutler Bay

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I went in with my dad and 6yr. Old daughter just looking for worms and line. We thought the mini piles were cool for my daughters first time fishing experience. Asked about the price and decided against after seeing they were crap poles. I purchased the worms and line and paid 37$ something cash. After getting home and making a comment to my dad how this line better help us catch something because it was so expensive-- we came to the conclusion we were charged for the pole we never purchased. I called repeatedly over the next few days trying to rectify the situation however they kept giving me the runaround the "boss" was never there (and he was the only one who could issue cash refunds), nor did he take the time to even call me after I left several messages. I ended up just going in there and taking the pole I was charged for to begin with. Horrible...

Came down to the area from 2 hours to catch peacock bass. Came to buy 2 dozen shiners in the morning which worked out. Then we came back to get another 2 dozen and they never changed the water out and called 10 min after because they all died due to water temp. Associates said there was nothing they can do about it.
