Poke & Tea — Restaurant in Cutler Bay

Thank you so much for doing my order after a little mix up tonight! It’s normal it happens! I’ve worked in restaurants before and I only wish ppl would understand and be more empathetic towards workers. I felt welcomed for my first time being there

I was originally pretty excited for our first visit and although the food and boba was good there were a lot of issues with our order itself. I’m not sure what else was added in the second boba ordered (it looked like watermelon?) but we were missing tapioca pearls. My bowl was pretty good, but i didn’t see much spicy tuna at all. I had quite a bit of crab which was my 2nd protein but besides one random big chunk of tuna i didn’t see much else. The second bowl was fine besides the odd texture and taste of the chicken, which was pale and chewy, and the missing seaweed. We were also missing all 6 sauces we had chosen on the side. I think the quality of the food itself is good (maybe not the chicken) but when there’s so many missing components it kind of ruins the experience.

I love this place when the people that are working are nice and do things right! today i visited and place a order of a bowl, my added in where brócoli and cream cheese, ect… well i only got two piece of broccoli and i didn’t even get cream cheese. The girl that was working on the orders was doing very fast and didn’t even notice what she was doing, she had one glove on and then proceeded to touch my cucumbers with her other hand that didn’t have a glove, she was dark skin and kinda short, was working just right now with another girl May 14. I’m very upset because i like the food but i don’t like the way they way employees are doing things. Please fix this! they are infront of the customers with one glove on only and don’t even look at what the customers wants so what they point of even putting what you want if you not gonna get it. I even gave a tip...
