Rude Service- Alina had such a cocky & conceited attitude!! Saturday January 19, 2019 my daughter asked for a booth and she was told there was no booth, when there was one open to the left. So I asked very politely, "sweety can we have the booth that is back there" she said the waitress had a big party and another table so she could not take care of us, so I said how about if you take care of us there and switch tables with her, because this high top table is very uncomfortable, she replied no. We had just order drinks & food so I noticed a booth in same room leaving that she was the waitress, so I called her again sweety I notice the booth leaving is yours can we please switch, before I could finish she was laughing in my face & said in a very unpleasant tone sure. As we are moving another girl comes with salads so I said to her oh! we are moving to that table so If you want I will take them, then she said that is my table who said you could move, so I said our waitress said we could because I noticed that was her table, she argues that is my table. We still move and she carries one of the salads as we are seating I say to my family in spanish I am never coming to this restaurant again, with more cocky attitude she saids I speak spanish, so I said again in spanish I am never coming to this restaurant again! Let's face it we all go out to dinner to have a good meal and a pleasant time with our families, well here is a night that I will never forget I thought I was in a wrestling match trying to have a nice night out with my family and because of my family we all kept it toghether, let aside all the constant cocky attitude & we had our dinner. I feel really bad for the restaurant owner's because do they really know who is taking care of the customers are very cocky, conceited, disrespectful, as you could also say with a full dose of adolescent attitude. CUSTOMERS SHOULD GET TREATED: Use the right term. First, I don't call people clients, or even customers. ... Anticipate needs. ... Give respect. ... Treat everyone like a VIP. ... Show immediate action and...

First all I would like to say the food was GREAT. I was only displeased with the SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE I MEAN HORRIBLE!!! I walked in around 7:45pm sat at the bar where there was 3-4 other gentleman sitting. There was 3 young ladies behind the bar. I don’t know if all were bartenders or just one but NO ONE GREETED me. One was actually UNOCCUPIED and was just staring off as if she didn’t see me. So I stated, “I would like to place a togo order.” She then pointed, “Over there is where you place Togo’s.” I then went to the Togo area. Where the next young lady had ALOT MORE HOSPITALITY. She politely helped me place my order and offered for me to sit in the waiting area. I DENIED, simply because I felt UNCOMFORTABLE from my first encounter. I sat in my car and waited for my order. I went back in after about 30mins to retrieve my order. Back to the Togo area I went. I ask a young lady who was putting in a order, was my order ready by the name I gave. She then told another young lady to check for it and she replied “Yes “my name” it’s ready”. I followed behind her as she grabbed my bag and turned around. I said my name as she was headed towards me (I thought) but she just walked right pass me and with an ATTITUDE DROPPED IT on the Togo counter. I look at the NICE young lady who took my order and asked, “Why didn’t she just hand it to me??” She looked confused and replied, “I don’t know? But have a goodnight.” I don’t know what the overall issue was but I PRAY it didn’t have ANYTHING to do with my SKIN COLOR!!!! You guys have a NICE establishment and GREAT food. Please fix and prevent this from happening again. The one star is for the CUSTOMER SERVICE...

She not only has a rocking body but always greets you with a smile and refills your drink like a sneaky minx before you even realize it’s empty. My order in the attached picture is the delicious, savory, juicy lemon pepper wings with what are probably the world’s best onion rings. As someone trying to expand their taste in onions, these were my enemies-to-lovers. How can an onion ring be so light, crunchy, and juicy all at once? And all at a great price.
