We were not aware of all the new recliner variables to solve elder problems.
Tricia was an excellent resource! She listened, found solid possibilities in store & in warehouse — My dear friend Joseph was waiting in the car for me to scout a chair that reclined & didn’t rock & with firm arms that allowed him to rise to his walker without major struggle (like happens w his current old one).
Tricia found it ! She met me at the car w a wheelchair, & Joseph was rolled in to try the two candidates. One rocked but she held it as firmly as she could as he rose - the one in the warehouse was identical but no rocking.
He tried the second chair and was horizontal easily and said “Goodnight!” Part of the attraction was the firm unpadded arms for rising & gripping. After we bought it off the floor, she insisted I learn how to remove & reconnect the back. And as other staff loaded the chair into my SUV, Tricia rolled Joseph to the passenger door, This was his first day home from a VA Rehab Hospital after a stroke 4 months ago. Details matter, listening matters, solutions really count. She was thorough, funny, friendly, and excellent, even insisting on bringing the chosen chair off of the floor instead of a colleague w back problems. I declare the staff Team...
Read moreOrdered 3 pieces of furniture. A couch, loveseat and some theater style recliners. We bought our furniture in early February if I remember correctly. Spent $8,000. We were told the furniture would arrive sometime in June, all 3 pieces at once.
June came and went. We called in to check, and our theater recliners were sitting ready for delivery. We scheduled the delivery.
Called in a few weeks later and our loveseat was sitting in the warehouse. We scheduled the delivery.

We are beyond satisfied with the furniture itself, but the lack of customer service has been appalling. Not a single time did we receive a call letting us know any piece of our order had arrived. It’s been almost a half year and everything has finally arrived at our home. When customers spend untold amounts of money on furniture, proper expectations should be met, and they simply weren’t. I wouldn’t spend another dime at this location.
Delays are expected, especially in 2022 with the workforce in its current decline. But I feel as if it was strictly about the sale, and not getting the customer a La-Z-Boy...
Read moreWe recently bought 2 new recliners for our Airstream travel trailer. Since the store was closed due to the Covid-19 virus I called the store and left a message. My call was promptly returned and we were happy to hear the chairs we were interested in were in stock at the Columbus warehouse . We consummated the deal over the phone and were told we could pick them up if we wanted to or have them delivered in two weeks. Since we were so tired of being in lockdown, we decided that would be a fun thing to do so off we went. When we arrived at the warehouse south of Columbus, we were greeted by a very nice and helpful gentleman who had our chairs ready and waiting for us. He even showed us how to adjust the mechanism that adjusts the amount of tension it takes to push the back backwards. They are wall huggers so they operate a tad differently. We were on our way back within 20 minutes of arrival. We previously purchased two recliners about a year and a half ago for our home. We were so pleased with the the quality and craftsmanship we didn't hesitate to buy another set of chairs especially since they are made in Ohio.
