Ordered at the drive through. The young lady working the window was not rude, but did not seem to know the menu or care to understand what we wanted. We ordered a grilled cheese burrito with ground beef, which usually comes with steak. We paused at the window when we looked at the receipt and it had no modification on the burrito, asking if they put the ground beef rather than steak. She said she would check and returned with a taco that was already supposed to be in our bag. Understand that we were primed to drive away before we asked about that burrito, and would have missed out on the taco if we didn't pause. After she handed us the burrito and closed the window, we waited for a minute or so to get a response about the grilled cheese burrito and she came back asking if everything was ok with our order. We asked if the burrito was made with ground beef and she stated that if it has no modifications it will come as it would be on the menu, so it will have ground beef. This indicates she was not familiar with the standard grilled cheese burrito recipe but was too arrogant to question whether she was correct or not in implyng it should have ground beef. At this point I tried to clarify with her that a standard grilled cheese burrito would have steak, but she closed the window. The person driving the car had enough and drove off before any further interactions could be had.
When we arrived home to eat the food, it was evident it had been prepared with little care. Despite costing 4 or 5 dollars, the grilled cheese burrito was only about 4 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. It weighed maybe 6 ounces. We also ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito which was small but cheap, so that was ok. Much more disappointing was the order of 2 supreme chalupas. The contents were fine, but the shells were stale and thin, lacking the usual crunchy, tender fluffiness that makes a chalupa delicious. It was a miserable disappointment since this was ordered for my wife who thought it was disgusting, but wanted to try Taco Bell again to determine if it was as good as I said. Needless to say, I proved nothing and Taco Bell lost a new customer.
I suspect this is not a fluke and this TB is run by some sort of idiot who couldn't properly run anything....
Read moreI waited over 3 mins at the drive thru order taker.After repeating my order over 3 times I asked to just place my order at the window.Once to the window the lady-come to find out later who was the manager,had an earbud that was connected to her phone in 1 ear&the head set on the other.I repeated my order over 5-7times to her clearly&slowly.I asked for her to confirm the order&it wasn't right,so I had her repeat it again&it was correct.Once I received my food I checked it before I left the window.There was a hard taco in it-I'm a vegetarian.Then there was bacon on the potato griller that I had asked to be omitted.I asked for a happy hour drink&got a large-1.I'm pregnant&get the happy hour size for a reason2.When I went to take a sip out of it-since the lids are so freaking cheap it spilled all over my car seat,pants,&coat while I was waiting a the traffic light which I then had to do to work with wet pants&coat.If they would've given me what I ordered it would've saved me anger&time.She had shut the window on my so I beeped my horn to get her attention&then had a attitude when the order wasn't correct.She had also admitted to saying that she's about to quit&such. I had called to complain about the service&spoke with her but she didn't care to make it right&blamed the drive thru system for the error. What about when I was at the window repeating the order several times because her headphones playing her music was more important?All she gave me for the inconvience was a coupon for a meat item that I wouldn't use.In the end I was so upset about the whole ordeal that I threw my food away&went somewhere else to get my food&late to work. Isn't drive thrus there for convience?Why was I there 10-15 mins?This is not the first time this has happened at this location.The staff at this location is attrocous every time I've been there.I keep giving them chance after chance but this is it.To be honest there needs to be a secret shopper visiting this location to see what kind of service...
Read moreTook my 4 and 9 year old inside ordered at the kiosk and paid. Proceed to watch them take care of about 15 cars in line 3 people walked in got there food still haven't gotten ours. Walk up to the counter was pissed I've been sitting here with my children for about 15 mins now and still they have no food ask where my food is all for 1 lady to say I have to take care of all the drive thru orders before you even tho I've been inside ordered and paid before any of these people pulled in line. Then the "manager" argues with me about my order has only been on the screen 2 mins when I had the receipt sent to my phone so showed him I've ordered 15 mins ago then he tries to tell me he's not gonna give me my money back or my food because I was disrespectful 😡 never called anyone no names nothing mean at all. So had to almost call the cops cause this man wouldn't give me my 15 dollars or my food. You literally can not do that and he was the Manager. Please hire people who know how to do there job and talk to humans cause NONE of your workers can. They are the disrespectful ones while I had my 2 children watching the whole time....
