First impressions, or what I like to call, first assumptions, was that the interior was going to be modest and modern, based on the clean and simple design of the sign and building.
But as experience has proven time and time again, assumptions can be erroneous. Indeed, pleasantly surprised the truth was quite the opposite.
The interior had an eclectic flair to it. The seating was spacious and comfortable, furnished with what appeared to be vintage styled Victorian sofas, leather chairs, and marble esque tables.
The ceiling is adorned with a dozen or so chandeliers that combined with the natural light radiating from the large windows creates a well lit and open atmosphere.
And for additional taste, they’ve decorated shelves along the walls with Asian tea ware and other Knick knacks.
When it comes to the food and drinks, I can only comment on two drinks. I’ve been here twice, and have not had anything to eat. To be honest, I don’t remember if they serve food. But I can say that their menu board offers a nice variety of coffee, smoothies, and teas.
I had a chocolate smoothie on my first visit and a cinnamon dulce frachillo (their version of a frappuccino). Both times I asked for boba (a.k.a tapioca).
The chocolate smoothie was fine. Can’t really mess that up. The cinnamon dulce frachillo was better. Although it was good, and will definitely order it again, I do have a suggestion for the owners and staff.
If they are not using light brown sugar as the sweetener for this drink specifically, then please offer it as a substitute. I think that light brown sugar would complement the cinnamon.
In summary, if you haven’t figured by now I recommend this shop. The bobaistas are friendly, the drinks are good, and both times I’ve gone it’s been quite. So if you’re thirsty and need a chill place to do some work consider...

The seating is varied for individuals, pairs, groups studying or just to chill. It’s really more of a study spot. I’d say 90% of the people were on a computer studying. There are tons of outlets to charge from and a back room reserved for groups of 3 or more. The decor is cute. 21 or so Chandeliers and a Greco-Roman, Asian fusion Paris street cafe decor and feel.
The only thing I’d take off is for the bathrooms. Only two large individual ones. For a space this big (when I counted last, there were 33 people in the hall), I’d expect there to be family restaurant-esque bathrooms with a few stalls each), — see pic of bathroom)
but there weren’t any lines and no one was obnoxious or loud. There is plenty of parking also. Drove out here from Katy Asian town because all the cafes were packed and super loud this afternoon. The staff seems new and a bit unsure but they were all sweet and smiley :) prices are great also. See receipt. Our group picked up a few drinks from happy lemon, Starbucks, and Wanpo on the way here and only had two drinks here - the matcha latte (7/10) and a black milk tea...
Read moreI first want to acknowledge that we love coming to this establishment. Always have a good time and love the atmosphere. On a very poor note, tonight we were very dissatisfied with the customer service. We came in and was not acknowedged by the cashier at the front. She never said a word so we grabbed the menus and took a look. Still not making any eye contact with us, we went ahead and just ordered. My girlfriend ordered her cream tea and the lady seemed very annoyed after she asked for a small (not knowing there was only 1 size). She continued to look and smack her gum. I was very aggitated at this time because who smacks their gum in a service environment. It was very unprofessional. Not a single smile or any form of attentativeness. Anyways, i hope you fix this problem with the lady with the finger tattoo.
