Regal Nails, Salon & Spa — Local services in Cypress

I attended the salon about three weeks ago for the first time. My experience was phenomenal.

Customer service: I don't think you will get better customer service any other nail salon. The set the customer service bar so high. They were friendly and accommodating. Examples: They allowed me t use their iPhone charger. I was impressed that the pedi chairs had a USB port. This allowed me to have access to my phone while my service was being completed.

Example: Another customer came in who appeared to have had a stroke and had lost her mobility and ability to speak. She was escorted by her husband as he pushed her in a wheelchair into the salon. Regal assisted the disabled woman in every way. Helped the husband to get her in pedi chair, adjusted her back pillow, did not rush her or the service they were giving her.

Example: Allowed me to come the same day to apply colour as I had a 1pm appointment to be to so was running out of time

Michael gave me my pedi and he did an amazing job...provided I had not had a pedi in a year 🙅🏾.

I'm not sure of the days but I think it is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday they offer a percentage off on services. (I think it's 20%). They offer a range of other services as...

No. Just no. Do not come here. I chose to do a dip but they just did acrylic using dip powder. She obliterated my natural nail bed and cuticles by scrubbing and cutting them. Some points were so painful that I was scared for the safety of my nails. The nails turned out thick and some fingers where left with gaps and other were left with the powder over extending past my nails. She then started to complain to another worker in Vietnamese (thinking that I didn’t understand) about how much powder she had to use because my nail beds were so big. However, there was already an unnecessary amount of powder and she just kept stacking it on. Despite everything, she personally thought her work was gorgeous but only thing I was happy with was the shape.

To;dr: Most horrible experience and I am furious that I shelled out $49...

I've never given a review before especially not for a nail shop but this shop deserves a review.

When I first walked in they gave the warmest welcome and invited me to sit down.The first thing I noticed was how clean and new the nail shop was. The tools and equipment are very clean and well kept.

They took my acrylics off and gave me an absolutely beautiful gel manicure. They took their time and did not rush the process at all. She examined my nails and made sure I was comfortable through each step. After finishing my manicure she went back over the tiniest details, to make sure I was happy.

They stayed after closing with zero complaint to finish my manicure. They truly deserve more business and hope this encourages people to go. I'm very impressed with the quality of service. They were not pushy and gave me...
