I rarely write a negative review but what went on today was not ok. We were treated very distastefully. I've been working in the customer service industry for over 20 years and I think it's nice to acknowledge the employees in stores since often times they get ignored. I said hi and the female employee threw her hands up, palms facing me as if she was dismissing me and said "I'm going on break" . I wasn't even trying to ask for help. She then proceeded to walk over to another group of shoppers and did that fake complimenting thing. She also spoke unkindly to my disabled mother in law who happened to accidentally wander into a wrong area. We left after being so rudely treated. Marc Jacobs lost a customer, very disappointing. Will never spend my money there.

I decided to return it then i saw that Marc Jacobs had an outlet store i was so exited since i know MJ is known for amazing quality leather bags. Read moreMy partner and I left something on hold at the counter and returned before closing, only to find out that they closed an hour earlier than what was stated on the outlet website and storefront. There was NOTHING outside of the store that stated it closed an hour early, rather signs that still stated the "original" close time. There should be something that lets people know of the updated closing hours that is not only on Google, so that people don't waste their time going back to a store that is already closed. Unfortunate...attentive and caring staff...
